Kiara Pagan

Kiara Pagan is the Human Resources Coordinator at Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight, a national law firm with offices in the District of Columbia, New York, California, Tennessee, and Maryland. Kiara received M.S. and B.B.A. degrees in industrial and organizational psychology from Baruch College. She also has a Google professional certificate in data analytics.

Prior to joining Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight, Kiara worked in organizational development and talent management in various industries. With her academic background in organizational psychology and HR analytics, Kiara is dedicated to driving positive organizational change using psychological principles and data and is determined to continue developing and helping others develop professionally while contributing to a positive workplace.

When Kiara is not working, she is lounging with her family’s French bulldog, Bucky, and spending time with her loved ones trying new activities and restaurants in New York City.
