Yalda Saii

Yalda Saii is a Senior Legal Assistant in the Palo Alto and San Francisco Offices of Sanford Heisler Sharp, a national law firm with offices in the District of Columbia, New York, California, Tennessee, Maryland, and Georgia. Yalda received her B.A. from the University of California, Davis, where she majored in Sociology and minored in History and Communications.

During her time at Davis, she served as Chairperson of the student government’s Ethnic & Cultural Affairs Commission as well as Copy Editor for Other Collective, a student-run media platform centering Southwest Asian, South Asian, and North African voices. She also worked as a Research Assistant in the Sociology department and a Policy Researcher for the HOPE Foundation Reentry Network. She first explored her interest in law with an internship with the National Lawyers Guild.

She is considering law school in the future.
