Virginia Miller

Virginia Miller is a Senior Legal Assistant in the San Diego office of Sanford Heisler Sharp, a national law firm with offices in the District of Columbia, New York, California, Tennessee, Maryland, and Georgia. She received her B.A. from Harvard College.

Virginia’s studies at Harvard were a blend of environmental science and Slavic history, literature, and language, as she was an Earth and Planetary Sciences concentrator and completed a secondary in Russian Studies with a language citation in Russian. As an undergraduate, she completed an internship with the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine and an internship in environmental advocacy with Environment America in Boston, MA and with Environment Victoria in Melbourne, Australia. Outside of the classroom, Virginia was a varsity women’s rugby player and a starting member of the 2019 National Championship team.

Virginia hopes to attend law school in the future and ultimately pursue a JD/MA in law and environmental policy and planning.
