Paul Richards is the IT Help Desk Lead at Sanford Heisler Sharp, a national law firm with offices in the District of Columbia, New York, California, Tennessee, and Maryland. He received his B.S. from the State University of New York College at Buffalo and holds CompTIA A+ CE and CompTIA Security+ CE certifications.

Paul has more than twenty years of help desk, technical support, and network management experience. He exhibits extraordinary troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, and he offers knowledgeable and reliable support. Paul can assist in the server environment and is proficient in Visual Basic, Java, and SQL.

Prior to joining Sanford Heisler Sharp, Paul was the IT and Desktop Support Manager at the Takoma Park Silver Spring Cooperative. He has also worked in similar help desk roles at the American Center for Physics and the Federal Communications Commission.
