Henry Muhlheim is a Senior Legal Assistant in the Baltimore office of Sanford Heisler Sharp, a national law firm with offices in the District of Columbia, New York, California, Tennessee, and Maryland. He received his B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago.
Henry’s undergraduate thesis, based on original archival research conducted at the Oregon Historical Society, focused on the social dynamics of elderly pension activists in Oregon during the second half of the Great Depression.
In addition to his interest in American history, Henry is very interested in economic history and political economy. As an undergraduate, he worked as a research assistant in the University of Chicago History Department, researching the history of unemployment, welfare, and labor rights in the United States and around the world. Henry’s previous work experience also includes internships for the Cook County Public Defender, Bet Tzedek Legal Services, and First Defense Legal Aid.
Henry is interested in attending law school in the future.
