Elise Hasseltine is a Legal Intake and Operations Specialist in the New York office of Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight, a national law firm with offices in the District of Columbia, New York, California, and Tennessee. Elise graduated magna cum laude from Bucknell University, earning a B.A. in history with departmental honors and completing minors in political science, public policy, and Spanish. While at Bucknell University, Elise engaged in numerous humanities research and leadership roles, participated in a fully immersive study abroad program in Granada, Spain, and was selected as a speaker at Harvard University’s National Collegiate Research Conference. She was awarded the Harold W. Miller Prize for the best thesis in her graduating class for her comprehensive study of alcohol in American history, spanning from the Colonial era through national Prohibition. Elise plans to eventually pursue graduate studies in public policy, law, or international relations.
