Connor Halm is a Legal Intake and Operations Specialist in the Nashville office of Sanford Heisler Sharp, a national law firm with offices in the District of Columbia, New York, California, Tennessee, and Maryland. He received his B.A. from Columbia University.
At Columbia, Connor’s academic interests included American history and international relations. His senior thesis explored the political action taken by many Afro-Americans living in Philadelphia after the Civil War to demand that the city, state, and federal governments protect their rights of citizenship. Outside of his studies, Connor was a member of the Inwood Academic Tutoring Club. In 2017, he worked as a Constituent Services Intern with the Office of Senator Mark R. Warner in Virginia, and in 2018 he was a Campaign Finance Intern at Tucker Green Consulting in New York.
Connor hopes to attend law school in the future.
