Anika Bajpai

Anika Bajpai is a Senior Legal Assistant in the Palo Alto and San Francisco offices of Sanford Heisler Sharp, a national law firm with offices in the District of Columbia, New York, California, Tennessee, and Maryland. She received her B.S. from Cornell University, where she majored in Industrial and Labor Relations and graduated with distinction.

While at Cornell, Anika focused her coursework on labor rights and international relations. On campus, she mediated violations of the Student Code of Conduct through the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution and worked with English Second Language campus employees. She also wrote for the Cornell Diplomat, a student-run international affairs magazine, before serving as its President.

As an undergraduate, Anika researched topics ranging from IP policy to colonialism in Northeastern India. Her research on gender and climate in Zambia was published by the Southern African Institute for Policy and Research, and she was later selected to present on the topic at the Consortium of Universities for Global Health.

Anika has previously worked with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, the Fair Labor Association, and the ILO. She is considering law school in the future.
