Investigations Into Labor Practices At Weee!
Sanford Heisler Sharp is looking to speak with California-based employees of the online Asian grocery delivery company Weee! as part of an investigation into the company’s labor practices and policies. Our firm represents former Weee! delivery drivers who allege that Weee! engaged in potentially unlawful company practices, including illegal deductions of tips, misclassification of independent contractor drivers, failure to provide proper protection gear, and other California Labor Code violations concerning employee training and safety.
As part of our investigation, we would like to hear from any Weee! employee who may have information about the company’s delivery operations, tip policies, training programs, communications with employees via WeChat, and working conditions for delivery drivers.
