Law360 (July 5, 2020, 9:02 PM EDT) — We’re pleased to announce Law360’s Rising Stars for 2020, our list of 176 attorneys under 40 whose legal accomplishments transcend their age.
After carefully reviewing more than 1,300 submissions for the Rising Star distinction, our team of editors arrived at the list of Rising Stars hailing from more than 80 law firms and spanning 38 practice areas. Winners were selected based on their career accomplishments in their respective disciplines.
Covington & Burling LLP nabbed the top spot this year with seven Rising Stars, followed closely by Quinn Emanuel Urqhart & Sullivan LLP, King & Spalding LLP and Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz with six apiece. Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Steptoe & Johnson LLP rounded out the group with five Rising Stars each.
