(SAN FRANCISCO, CA – March 7th, 2018) – Sanford Heisler Sharp today announced that Qiaojing Ella Zheng, Senior Counsel in the firm’s San Francisco office has been selected as an honoree by the YWCA Silicon Valley for its 2018 Tribute to Women Awards.

Ms. Zheng represents employees and whistleblowers in individual and class action cases involving employment discrimination, wage and hour violations, retaliation and wrongful termination claims. She is also a core member of the Firm’s financial services practice group and advises financial institutions on licensing, regulatory and compliance issues under SEC, FINRA and state regulatory authorities.
Actively involved in community affairs, Ms. Zheng serves on the Executive Committee of the Chinese American Lawyers of the Bay Area; the Board of Directors of the YWCA Silicon Valley; and is active in the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Women’s Leadership Committee and Civil Rights Committee. She is a volunteer attorney for Bay Area Legal Aid and on the Legal Committee of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce – Bay Area.
The Tribute to Women Awards recognizes the achievements of women who have excelled in their field and have made significant contributions to Silicon Valley through their leadership.
